Educational benefits

There are a wide array of educational benefits provided by VA to active duty personnel, members of the Reserve and National Guard components, veterans, and surviving spouses and children of deceased veterans. To apply for educational benefits, VAF 22-1990 must be submitted to the appropriate regional office indicated on the form.
